Jack Keaton’s BBQ & Bar is Regina’s best BBQ!
We start with a talented Red Seal Chef – Brett Huber and an amazing team of chefs who prepare our menu items. They work hard preparing nearly everything on our menu from scratch!
And when it comes to BBQ we don’t mess around. We dry rub season our meat and our beef brisket is marinated for 24 hours and then smoked for 12 hours! Rather than the flavour of traditional barbecue, our meat is smoked with apple-wood to create a sweeter taste.
While we know BBQ, we also know good food. Our menu truly has something for everyone – from high protein, to gluten wise…come check us out and you won’t be disappointed!
